The
ragwort flowers attract insects to come and pollinate them. One of the
insects could be a cinnabar moth. The female moth not ony feeds on the
nectar provided by the flowers, she also lays her eggs under the leaves
so that her caterpillars can feed on the plant. You can see a caterpillar
if you look carefully.
